Scouting in Northeast Ohio

Sue and I have seen how Scouting has taught leadership, built character, developed confidence and fostered citizenship for not only our children but also for many of their friends and fellow Scouts. Through the use of outdoors, uniforms, teams, and advancement Scouting gives youth skills for a successful life. It’s not about surviving in the outdoors but in proving to yourself that you can do it and have fun as well. Yes, Scouting units are run by volunteers but financial help is needed for those professionals who provide training and support to those volunteers as well as providing the camps and equipment vital to our methods.
