Scouting changes lives. I have seen that firsthand over the last thirty+ years as a scout and a volunteer leader. I have watched scouts develop as leaders, conquer personal fears, and experience adventures they never imagined. Scouting values have always mattered and—I would argue—they matter now more than ever. Over the last few years, the Scouting program has become available to even more youths. While this year has posed many challenges, Scouting has responded and continues to be there for our scouts and our communities.
