So that the youth of today and tomorrow can have the same opportunity I had and my grandsons had to grow in leadership, citizenship, and life skills through the Scouting program. Our Lake Erie Council had to dig deep into its financial and human resources in this COVID-impacted year to provide outstanding programming in the very different environment – including successfully running the only in-person Scout summer camp program in the state of Ohio. It is time to replenish and enhance those resources.
